Spring!

We have had so much rain in my part of the country that I expect to see Noah at any minute!
This Dogwood tree is in my in-laws yard...it is beautiful every year! It's always been a perfect back drop for family Easter pictures.

Exploding Birdhouse Mini Album

This is Album was made from a Laura Dennison design

Not sure what I will be doing with this album. It originally entered it into a Tim Coffey contest
on Your Paper Pantry...I didn't win, but it was fun to make! And I think it turned out great!

I have a blog..... FINALLY!

I have been working on and thinking about this blog for a long time...and FINALLY here it is...nothing fancy, but I hope to be able to share my life, my creations and photos here. I used a book I bought from http://www.karenvalentinedesign.com/ and designs and instructions from http://shabbyblogs.com/. I will be posting a random group of recent projects and photos I have taken soon, but hope to make my post frequent.
It felt like a fitting day for my first blog post (one I will remember)...such a small thing compared to the magnificent feat against terrorism! May UBL forever be fish food! The patriotism I  witnessed today was beautiful and a true sign that America has not forgotten the loss our country suffered on 9-11 and since.
